For with you is the well of life,

We need water to survive. We are fortunate that most of us have access to an abundance of good water, whether through a water company or by a well. We can hardly imagine what it is like in places and for people who have challenging access to this lifegiving water.
And so it is with our faith in God. God's teachings and being with us in our life are as necessary as water is for our physical bodies. God's well is pure and clean and ever-flowing.
In addition, when we see things through God's light, we see them differently. We are enlightened. Sometimes it helps us to stop a minute and ask, "What would Jesus do?," to give us a different perspective on what is happening in our lives.
As you finish your week, may you drink from the deep well of God's love and see God's light shining all about you.
