This Sunday Canon Bob Schiesler leads the worship service at the Landis Farm followed by the church picnic.
Canon Bob will be with us until Rebecca's return in August.

We welcome the Rev. Canon Robert Alan Schiesler as sabbatical pastor during Rebecca’s absence this summer.
Today we take an additional offering for our Building Fund.
The money donated helps us pay for repairs.
Michele will be out of the office Monday, June 27 through Friday, July 1 and Tuesday, July 5 through Friday, July 8.

Collections for Neighbor Helping Neighbor Food Bank
We will be collecting one specific item each month for the Food Bank.
This is the last week for contributing the June item - Baby Food.
The items for the month of July are Personal Care Items.
Movies in the Park, Newport Veterans Memorial Park, 201 N. Front Street, Saturday, July 16, 8:45pm, Sing 2.
Free. Bring blankets and chairs. Concessions by the Newport Girls Softball Team. Presented by the Newport Revitalization Preservation Society.
Help fill our community food pantry!
Items that seem to be taken first include canned pasta meals, soups, and macaroni and cheese. Vegetables don't seem to get taken. Also, please don't use this as an opportunity to clear out your pantry if at all possible.
Help People in Need when you buy your Groceries!
See Gail Shull or Pat Szabo to purchase cards in various amounts to use at Giant or Weis or stop by the office. 5% of the cost of each card stays with the church and is used for outreach and mission projects.
Honor or Remember a loved one or a special occasion with flowers on the altar!
